60-DAY Return Policy on Service
If packages are purchased online, you have the ability to return within 60 days of purchase. If return is made 60 days after purchase, a credit will be given to be used on any of our other services and products.
Returned Goods
Therapeutic Aesthetics will grant a credit note or replacement for product returned within 2 months or less from the expiration date. Returned goods must be authorized by Head Office Location. A 25% restocking fee may be applied. No credit will be issued under the following conditions: Products where the containers have been opened or altered, including kits. Products that have been involved in a sacrifice, fire or bankruptcy sale; Products that have been damaged by transport, fire, water or smoke; Products that have expired.
